I forgot to include in my previous customer remarks -- I am a new customer this winter,and I received a coupon for a first-time customer with a percentage off my first fill. It was not honored, then I started receiving past-due notices.
With the last past-due notice, the coupon was never honored. Why would you bother to send it? I am not impressed yet with this company, especially with customer service!!!!! I've never gotten to talk to anyone about possibly payment options.
I'm draining my finances paying for propane..... any suggestions how to reach someone there to discuss lots of concerns????
