Called to confirm my delivery. Monday is the day established by Osterman as my delivery day. If I want propane delivered any other day than Monday there is an extra fee ($100 for weekdays and $175 for weekends). Office person said - Not sure if he will get there Monday...

Osterman Propane - Good customer service

sometimes im not always able to pay entire bill right away, for one reason or another, jen is always nice about this and patiently waits. not many companies would leave you alone, as they would probably bug the heck out of you. for that, i appreciate them.
