Both men were embarrassed that they were put in that position. They said I could call the office and work out the payment. I called and talked to Samantha and her we could pay on the 16th of January. She said that would be fine so I wrote the check for $193 dated for 1/16/2019. To my shock the check was deposited 12/31/2018. This has put us in a real bind my wife is very ill and requires very expensive medication.
Today I talked to Samantha who said I could receive a check in two weeks. I told her that was not acceptable. It was your mistake. To be honest she did not seem to want to admit her mistake or help.Finally she said she would try to expedite the process (after my suggestion). Samantha said she would return my call. She did not!!
$193 is not a lot of money but to us it is.
